I just need something that I can cut out part of a video and make it a clip, what is a good free program to use?

your windows should have one its called windows movie maker. the next step up from that is going to be pinacle i have adobe premiere, and then the best of the best is avid.

you have to pay for them all mostly, unless u know how to dL torrents
i have adobe premiere, but any video making/editing program on windows is crap!!
this is the only reason i like mac's....maybe try AVS media, you have to pay for it...but there are some torrents floating around including the free crack etc

macs are horrible. ive never had a computer stop working for no reason when i was editing. i wanted to cry. i have adobe premiere, and i can get avid for free if someone wanted it but it only works on macs not pcs. and it gets really annoying not having hte keyboard to do the work, so i suggest its definately worth the 500 dollars for the basic avid.
