March 18th changes
If you haven't figured this out yet.......I don't know what to tell you 
- Off-Topic has become completely "adult only oriented". This is the only place where profanity will be tolerated.
- In Off-Topic there is a 18 and older forum (no need to mention the name). If you're over-18 you can see if. If your not, it's not there
- The classified sections have been re-vamped. Please read the "common sense" page. More rules on posting cars will be added shortly.

lol Cant he just change the age and still get in, and basically be liable for himself?
But since he'll never be caught it dosn't really matter.
Good stuff though. This site can only be here if it's not causing the owner (Jadkar) too much trouble. Getting in trouble with the law, is enough trouble. Basically this precausion lets you guys enjoy the site.
No biggie.
BTW When was the last time, somebody went to a porn site, when he/she was under the age of 18, and when prompted if they are 18 or over, they have actually truthfully said no? lol

Oh, and coming soon...... you won't be able to use aliases. I have a neat trick for those guys who will try and re-register with another birthday. I mean someone can always get through but thats why the "agreement" to the adult section expires every 12 hours. Just to make sure people are continuing to get bombarded with that "over 18" page |

Try to stop me and my dialup where the IP changes on every connection muhahah. Im over 18 anyway so I'm not worried.
From the legal perspective though, if somebody goes out and changes their age, or lies about their age to get in, technically you are no longer legally responcible. You showed causion and warnings, and the individual premeditativally went ahead and changed everything to get in. This would be the equivalent of buying beer with a very good looking fake ID. The seller will not be responcible because he was tricked, and the individual commited the crime of misleading the seller (owner of the site).

Many people can probably hack in, but if I can stop (or slow down) some of them then I'm covered. I work with people that can hack their way any place they want (most of them are Russian ) The point is it's better then doing nothing.
