lack of participation - Tuner-Junction

i have been heavily surfing TJ the past few days, trying to get more involved in online community events, vbgarage, DIY, posting in general, spreading the word...but it seems to me that there is a lack of participation thus far in the forum, i'd like to see people take the innitiative and get involved!!! spread the word people...let the site grow, and yea itll take time, but why not get a good head start.

with only 335 members as of this moment. you cant expect the core members who are here regularly to stretch too much in participation. things will pick up sooner or later, it takes patience.

yeah it does, meanwhile mr.jadkar is working his ass off with new features, the communtiy will grow, just spreading the knowledge is good, ive let all my friends in on it, good threads gfet members, good info, we need to build up a database of shizznackle

i been trying to do my part, telling pretty much with any interest in cars to check this place out. its weird how so many people hesitate to just type in the URL and take a look, the site is free afterall.

I think if we put free in the url somewhere it will help

But give it time we will get there but if you guys love the site a lil word of mouth makes all the difference in the world.

Ive noticed myself that the site has been kinda slow lately. I think one of the problems with all the new features is that a lot of people have dial up and dont feel like waiting for things to load, etc. But I know eyelessCRX and myself were repping for a site a while ago that recently was deleted and I handed out their business cards to some friends (very well made cards) and it seemed like they didnt really care. I think there is a small group of us that actually care about learning, then there is a big group that just wanna spend their money to make their cars faster without knowing how anything works. And how about those decals??? With most of us rockin' those we might get some good attention.
