it was awesome today..
first time i drove on the track and it feels like i'm flying the moment i exited the pitlane...
there were 5 of us who went down on a convoy to the track today. 3 EG6s, 1 DC2 and 1 EK4. 2 of the EGs including myself and the DC2 took to the tracks. adrenaline was pumping the whole day. i literally forgot about the 40 degrees heat today while drivin. this is basically how the track's layout is like...

With the length of 5.543 km, the track features 15 turns and 8 straights.
edit: the track is bout 6 cars in width!
the track was pretty congested today so i had to enter the track a little later after everyone else did their 1st stint. i went in and did 5 laps. sadly i spun at turn 6 on the 3rd lap for selecting the wrong gear while going thru it but it was all good as no major damage happened to the car.
overall i did a lot of testing on how much the car is willing to be pushed and how my tyres (RE711s) react at certain speeds on long sweeping corners..
i found out the setup of my car was lacking in camber adjustments. i had to use a lot of engine braking and less late braking as the EG6 brake pads overheats tremendously after a late braking corner and only cools down 2 corners later. no timing was recorded for my run as it was my 1st time and i had a few tutorial laps with some well experienced racers that race on the track on a regular basis. i try to utilise the lines they showed me and it helped a lot.
my 1st stint on the track felt pretty good up until the spin. i removed my spare tyre on my 2nd stint and find that having the car a tad bit lighter caused the car to flex and twitch at the corner entrance but carries more speed on the exit.
overall it was pretty awesome!!
edit : ps. sorry guys the gearing and speed of the corners in the map are f1 specs and that's the only layout of the track that i can find
