In my few years of track days and autox's, it has become second nature to get prepared a week in advance with getting tools and things you would not think about. so i compiled a list of things that i bring to the track. I drive a honda so some of the tools may not be suited for your car

THINGS FOR YOURSELF
los of water
snacks ( i like fruit and trail mix)
sun screen
hat
sun glasses
i bring two long sleave shirts ( sweat soaked shirts suck!)
helment
driving gloves
lots of water
short sleave shirt
hand cleaner
deodorant

Things I bring in addition to the list

water
folding chair (yes it fit in the NSX)
vise grips
infrared thermometer
video camera

I also bring a small box of cleaning supplies. The car gets a quick cleaning in the Paddock between runs

oh yeah...I forgot water. Todd and I are making light of it, but you have no idea how dehydrated you get!!

I don't carry that many spares, only brake pads. If anything else breaks on a NSX you'd better call it a day The CRX will be different, more room to carry my goodies!!

i do bring a video camera, and a folding chair, forgot them on the list
i will drink about 2 to 4 gallons of water in a day out there
