about the calander
I think we should limit it to members cars. Anyone can post some sick JGTC or D1 cars, but i think it would be a nicer touch to have Members cars featured ya know?
just a thought.
and i think we should be a little better about changing the calander month on time. Its already the 7th and the Junce calander is still up. Id be glad to help if thats what you need, i know running the website is hard work.

dude.....if we do that there will be no calendar, or it will be a calendar with about 3 different members rides in it all year. We just don't get enough interest. Look at the DIY, almost EVERYONE here has done some type of DIY yet there is no entry for last month, and the month before was my car.
I feel like I'm really ..... but it's gonna have to stay like this until people stop talkin' and start putting' out.

I agree there just isn't enough members that have enough time to invest into taking pictures of their cars every month right now, you goto rmember that this forum isn't even a year old yet and we all need to bring as many people here as we can just as long as they are not a douche neck to help get things rolling better. I would like to invest some time into a couple DIY mainly maintenance stuff like adjusting the valves in a D16, and replacing a clutch or trans, and I would even like to do one for an engine rebuild(forgive me if any of these are in there, I have been so busy at work and working 7 days a week, I don't have much free time to check things out around here).

What about all the submissions that don't get picked? John can you put those in a pool that automatically get entered for the following month? We've had more than twelve so far...so we're all set for a year.

I don't know ...... that's kind of cheesey. I mean I'm not stopping anyone from sending me the same picture each month if they don't win. But to have you photo on "cruise control" until you win, that's just too easy.

i have a feeling that a lot of people were just too busy over the summer to post a DIY. I know with my car, the winter is the time it gets worked on mainly... although this winter might be interesting because i'm trying to save some money.

Fair enough...John's got the right idea. If we want our cars featured we need to get off our asses. No free lunch.

i take back what i said earlier partially. I think the DIY's should overlap if we don't have enough because no matter what, the best one will win. It'd be a shame if we had 2 really good ones and only 1 won and the next month something cheezey won instead of the other good one.
