I have no idea. I didn't even know it went down. I just know about the last outage which has been fully documented. Sites normally go up and down though. Unless you host them on your own servers there's sometime no way to control it.

Our hosting company says they have 99.9% up time, I'm beginning to think they are exaggerating.
