3 weeks ago roughly, I got ticket for driving with a suspended license w/o knowledge of it being suspended, so Im not gonna get into the whole big story of how I had to get back to my car and all the bs that happened.

anyway I go to the clerk of court locally and they tell me I have to go to the the clerk of court where I got the ticket that I suposively never payed and go there to reinstate my license. So I get there and find out the ticket was payed on time and my license should of never been suspended. So I get my dl back and go back to the clerk of court I just got the suspended license ticket and I had to set up a court date and now wait another month because of someone else's fuck up

Since I have all the proof that it was payed on time and I should of never been suspended the judge should let me out scott free w/o court costs right?

that sounds reasonable. most likely you'll only have to talk to the state prosecutor. they can drop all the charges and you wont need to see the judge
