First offense DUI - Tuner-Junction

How much could this cost me? I'm sure i can get into the ARD program so i don't have to do the mandatory 3 days in jail thing. I know i'm gonna lose my liscense for like 4 months too.:mad: It was a dumb move.

get a lawyer, trust me. My buddy got his dwi and aggrivated unlicense, dropped to a dwai.
Cost him $500 for a lawyer, but saved him going to jail and loosing his license for a long time

Yeah if you have a job make sure you tell the judge that also, you might be able to get privlidges. But ask around because every town or city has its atturney that can get you out of about anything

you are a fucking idiot for doing it, and even more of an idiot for getting caught...its the stupidest thing a person can do, having said that Ive done it more times than I can remember and have gotten away with it...but I swear I will never do it again

nobody should really be drinking and driving but DO NOT GO TO COURT WITHOUT AN LAWYER. They will hand you your ass if you do.

I know a guy who got found not guilty and had his record expunged by a department that never makes deals so yeah a lawyer is your best bet

my dwi cost me about $600. I had to attend 10 alki rehab classes. wasnt too bad, but i rarely drive drunk anymore

Yeah, i don't know how much the fines are gona total up to but the program that keeps me outa jail and may eventually expunge all this from my record costs 600 up front. I gotta do 50 hours of comunity service and go to those classes. I think i'm gonna be getting weekly piss tests too. :mad:

that sounds a lot like PTI (pre trial intervention) and as far as I know most places don't offer PTI for DUI offenses. Get a lawyer it will cost a little more (the guy I know spent like $4000 total) but it will never bother you again.

Yeah, heres a link to the DA's description As far as i know, they offer it to all the first time offenders. It sucks, i have a crn evaluation on monday to see if i have a drug or alcohol addiction.:mad:
