Im sure you are supposed to know better than to break the law, but I know this has happend.

So if you get pulled over and flash your badge, does it go from ticket stop to casual bullshit session?

usually. we don't pull the badge on purpose. its usually in our wallet next to our DL If there is an accident however all bets are off.

You have to realize that at about every traffic stop the officer has the discretion to write a ticket or not, to anyone. 99% of the time with me if you say "yeah i fucked up I was doing XXXXX" i will just give a warning.

Yea well there are more cops who like to give tickets than don't. Are you a traffic cop or like patrol? Cuz traffic cops only give breaks to hot sluts. I admit i fucked up every time i get a ticket and they just look at me like mmk have fun in court.

I'm patrol, I do about 30 stops a month. I hate traffic court, so thats one reason I don't give a lot of tickets.
