GSR intake cam IS better for superchargers!!
Just to let you know I swapped the ITR intake cam for a GS-R one this morning. I still haven't re-tuned, Jeff's gonna do that for me on the 28th. However, as a preliminary opinion I definitely think it's a better cam combo for my setup.
When I had ITR intake and exhaust cam my boost would gradually increase from 6.0 psi at around 4K to 9.5 at 8000RPM. I would stay at 9.5 until red line (8600). Now with the GS-R intake I'm not developing more boost but I'm developing peak boost earlier. In other words at 4K RPM I'm at 8psi and it jumps quickly to 9.5psi.
The dyno will be the judge but I really think I picked up more HP lower in the RPM range which will work wonders for the uphill at Watkins Glen
Special thanks to Julio for just giving it to me no charge!!!

^^
Yeah, it's all squared away. The torque curve was already super flat so now I can't wait to see what it's gonna look like!!
2 more weeks. Before I was running 8.0 psi and I was at 269whp. With 9.5 - 10psi and the new cam I'm hoping to be at 290whp. We'll see

If so I will most likely be the strongest SC 1.8 on the East coast. Right now LHT has the title with 281whp on 9.0psi

that brings up something ive been curious about and meaning to ask you on the board...
LHT makes their own SC header designs, but does the kamikaze outperform that?

I'm not sure, however I do know that Endyn (god of supercharger technology) uses Kamikaze headers that they port on their own setups. That's good enough for me.
eezeede - Yes I did post it , but just for you here it is again. Keep in mind this was at 8.0 psi with the ITR intake cam.
