Back to the gym
Well, my shoulder is much much better now. So its time to go back to the gym. Also I am trying to cut down on the boozin, so I went out and found a 24hr gym. that way instead of going to the bar at night, I can hit the gym. and its close by also.
but again its time to order supps. Ive been using ON protein forever, so I was thinking about trying something else. any thoughts? I will be ordering Animal Pak, and most likely Nitrix. when I was lifting over the summer I was taking creatine. should I bother with that? or is there something better that I should try?
Im pretty much taking suggestions on supps. so Im open to anything.

Nitrix sucks.
For Creatine I recommend Cellmass, it works.
If you want something like Nitrix for vascular purposes, get either No-Xplode or Supercharged.
And if you really want to, find superdrol lawlz.

the basics should suffice for now.
get yourself some muscle milk if you like something that tastes good.
generic glutamine and creatine powders are fine.
always stay away from caffeinated stuff. (e.g. no-xplode) caffeine is bad for you, and very counter-productive if taken with creatine.
as for bars, i totallydig the fat and protein content of the allmax wafer bars, the pure proteins, and the EAS line of bars is pretty good. i would stay away from anything that says low carb unless that is your dieting goal. (like me for isntance)
you mentioned animal pak, could call on that. dont forget to keep your base (non-supplement) diet well rounded. lots and lots of vegetables, lean meats, good fats, whole sources of carbs (stay away from the sweets and simple sugars) lots of water of course. glad to hear you're hitting the gym again. my shoulder was giving me some guff last night actually. should be OK for tonight after work when im doing back. (one of my favorite days)
good luck.

if you are buying unflavored pure powdered creatine, any brand is fine.

I might check out some bars next week to use as meal replacement. this time of year I usually end up eating garbage food cause i work retail. so if I can have something that I can just throw in my tool box at work that would be awesome
