need to lose some weight

unfortunatly I have no idea how much I weigh now, it may be 160+...which kinda sucks becuse before i moved out here to cali I was weighing about 150lbs.
Recently i noticed stretch marks on my thighs and it really bugs me. because I've never had stretch marks before (freshmen 15 can blow me btw)

here's what I typically eat.
morning = scrambled eggs or fruit or toast (some times nothing which is going to change now)
i rarely am home to eat lunch (im in school from 12:45-6)
Dinner = something that includes chicken and veggies

my girlfriend and i cook all of the food ourselves for dinner.

today I decided to start running in the morning or afternoon when I have time

does anyone have any helpful suggestions on a good diet thats easy on a college kid, and any specific routine that will help me lose weight?

just have more sex...




straight up... its excelent extracise....

and as long as ur gf doesnt mind cleaning the sheets everyday after hour or so session

a eating schedule which includes small meals throughout the day will speed up your metabolism. which means your resting metabolic rate will increase which is a measure of how many calories your body burns when not involved in physical activity (sleeping, sitting, etc)

exercise: your jogs/runs would be best early in the morning before breakfast. your body burns the most calories at this time when put through physical activity.

think of adding some weight training to your exercise routine, 3 times a week would be great, get in total body. more muscle means your RMR increases to accomodate all the extra calories the muscles need to support growth and existence.

and hey, the sex thing isnt so far off. a quickie after dinner does great to burn off some extra calories, and ensures an even better nights sleep. seriously.

his body is storing more fat than usual since its not getting to eat a more frequent rate. why you can get majorly fat eating one meal a day, especially with a sedentary lifestyle. not that im saying you have one echo. an example of how skipping meals and not getting that minimum of one hour daily exercise can get you heavier without much effort.
