unfortunatly I have no idea how much I weigh now, it may be 160+...which kinda sucks becuse before i moved out here to cali I was weighing about 150lbs.
Recently i noticed stretch marks on my thighs

and it really bugs me. because I've never had stretch marks before (freshmen 15 can blow me btw)
here's what I typically eat.
morning = scrambled eggs or fruit or toast (some times nothing which is going to change now)
i rarely am home to eat lunch (im in school from 12:45-6)
Dinner = something that includes chicken and veggies
my girlfriend and i cook all of the food ourselves for dinner.
today I decided to start running in the morning or afternoon when I have time
does anyone have any helpful suggestions on a good diet thats easy on a college kid, and any specific routine that will help me lose weight?
