Gonna be starting creatine again

Well I have decided im going to start taking creatine again. Im going to start on monday, and take a spoonful which is about 5 grams i believe before my workout and a spoonful after my workout. ill let you guys know if i see any noticeable difference. i think bruce was interested in trying it so yah, ill update every day.

pfft 5 grams aint shit. i need at least 30 during the day. and no, not loading. double the dose and stay well hydrated when on creatine.

well i dont want to overdo it on anything for right now at least. first day after taking it nothing different of course. will be taking tomorrow.
im still taking 10 grams though.

it'll take several weeks to notice anything more than merely psychological, as in documentable changes. same as with any other thing worth an effort.
