My weekly routine

This includes eating schedule school and work out. My routine is for fighting so its not a get swoll kind of thing. Im going to try and keep people up to date with progress and post up fighting techniques when ever I get a chance so you guys can learn to do some shit.

just school and training. Im just trying to get through the first week If I can stick to the diet after the first weak then it will be easy for me because thats how my mind works. It usually takes me a week to adjust to something new and if I can make it to the week its easy.

Today I talked to one of my trainers and he bassically told me to be a good fighter you need more then skill. Right now do your training and what ever and concentrate on getting your diet together. Once you have that done then start working on light cardio, then focus more on your cirquit training then from there muscle streghnth and endurance.

Once you have that then you can focus more on developing skill
