work out schedule
well im starting back at the gym hopefully tomorrow if my cold lessens, but if it does, im going to go back. ive been lately using the workout routine where i go with chest and back one day, then arms and shoulders, and then legs all on separate days. and then take a day off after my leg day. you think that will be a good routine? or is one body part a week better? or should i mix and match what i have and go with, chest and tri's, back and bi's, shoulders and legs?

that one seems to make a little more sense, seeing as you workout your triceps when you workout your chest, and you workout your biceps when you workout your back. but then i look at it as over doing your arms.

when scuplting/body building you have to isolate the muscle and work it in as many different angles and positions as possible. which is why my personal routine has arms, chest, and back on seperate days. just one thing to remember is to seperate your leg and back days as far apart as possible. you wont feel it at first, but doing both without enough rest inbetween leads to chronic pains and injuries.
