IMO all energy drinks are disgusting and really have no good effect except like christian said, it's caffeine....so high quick boost in energy, then a hard crash
however, i haven't tried the mountain dew one, MDX...supposed to taste just like mountain dew

no, they arent "good" for you, look at how much extra sugar/carbs are in it. if you have one go ahead, drink whichever you think tastes better, but only in moderation.

i used to drink red bull whjen driviing by myself to and from college, but i never really got a kick from it lik ei used to. anyway so i alsotried that MDX shit... just tasted nasty really. so a few weeks ago, my friend had this enrgy drink. idk if it was monster or full throttle but he said to drink it and that it was good so i had like 3/4 of the can and holy shit for about 5 hours i was properly fucked off of it. i was so hyper i couldnt control my mouth... i was jsut talking and talking and my heart was racing. it was really unpleasant but hey, i had energy but it still sucked.
im guessing its not good for you
