Good shit. I used to have a subscription to MH a little while ago, but i let it run out. I have learned about as much as i can from them. I have the 15th aniversary magazine issue plus a couple of their compilation books. Dieting unhealthily has worked for me though. I eat like 1200 calories in a day and in 2 months i've lost 45 pounds. I'm hoping to loose another 30 or so by The end of September. That'll have me at a good looking 175. Yup, 2 months ago i weighed 250. Now i'm at 205. I haven't lost any muscle mass either cause i work out like once a week and flex in front of the mirror alot.

i was on 900 cals a day for 1.5 months last year. 60:30:10 ratio of carbs, proteins and fats respectively, it wasent as unhealthy as most restrictive diets. although i lost some muscle, i also lost 8% body fat.


but i'll tell you what. im never doing that again.

you remind me of my little brothers changes. he started at 218, 30% fat. now he is at 195 on his light days, and around 11-12%. at 5' 9" he looks like a completely different person.
