Tastes amazing what can I say? Especially good with milk, just like a shake. You can mix it with a spoon, but the protein builds up a little around the glass, so I like to mix it. personally i think it tastes like shit. the vanilla ice cream has no flavor atleast. the chocolate taste horrible, and the strawberry gives me a headache. ironically i have a 10lb bag of the vanilla and a 5lb jar of the strawberry . im taking my muscle milk first, taste wise, its the best out there.

ive never tried the muscle milk, but the stuff i use is damn good. however if you mix it with water, then yah it tastes like shit.
