my only gripe is that these pills smell, and they are big.

but the benefits from taking a multivitamin, especially while on a weight trainin program i estimate is overlooked by a good 75% of people out there. yes, probably more than 3 out of 4. and i honestly think thats opmtistic.

take the pills. feel and see the difference is all i have to say.

most definitely. this particular multi is designed to help you metabolize all the types of supplements someone weight training would be taking.

to put it in car terms. the other supplements are yourbolt-ons. but the animal pak will be your ECU tuning which will make it all work at its full potential. (i think that analogy makes sense )

hahah it actually does. you add all these power parts to your car and they cant be used to their full potential because they need to be tuned, and the animal pak is the tuning.

if you're only working out two days a week then your current megamens is sufficient in my opinion.
