simply. this stuff tastes awesome. you literally want to drink your protein like a snack shack with muscle milk. its also used by many champions. including the man i personally know who just won the title of Mr. Santa Cruz, has his sights set on a highly favored win for Mr. San Jose, and is a serious contendor for the title of Mr. USA. (He beat out a local favorite of MR USA while taking the title of MR santa Cruz.. so put it all together.)

vanilla is my fave. i just got two 2.48pounders of vanilla and chocolate. both are pretty tasty. however i dont recommend the strawberry or banana. the cookies and cream gets an honorable mention.

So I went to GNC today to check this stuff out and first of all they jack the shit out of their prices. A 2.48lb'er is ~$42 and the 4.96lb'er is ~$72. So I figured if I was gonna buy I ill save some dough and get it off the net. Then I saw that they had little one serving cartons for $4 so I figured Id buy one to see how it tastes. Vanilla cream tastes simply amazing. Like all supplement shakes it does leave a funny after taste in your mouth after you finish it. Anyways I give it an A+ for taste!

he has a 10lb bag of chocolate and still he ordered a 5lb jar of muscle milk. its that good.

Yeah i'll be buying it.

ive had it before, made me gain weight but i stopped working out for a day and lost 4 lbs lol

my weight can fluxuate up and down up to 7-8 lbs every 24 hrs... those 4 lbs were most likely just water lbs, and the weight you gained may have been the same.

Can this be taken with cellmass? j/w or is it one or the other, cause I take cellmass right after my workout.

i cant remember if cellmass is a weight-gainer or the creatine supplement. if its creatine, then sure, go ahead. but if its a weight gainer, than why bother with both?
