You wouldnt consider an engine mod first? I would prob go with the hondata k-pro or something to make the car faster than side markers. And are the tow hooks for looks or you plan on towing stuff?
Btw: I moved this to the rsx/dc5. Figure if people see somebody post in there it will give them more reason to go in there and look. You can't draw attention to a forum if you don't post in it.

Well i can afford the tow hooks or the sidemarkers not both right now, i am not doing engine mods since first its a base second its a base cuz its my daily, i want gas milage and run 87, when i get out of school ill get my project car that ill make fast n stuff but for now this is my daily driver and make it look all nice n stuff, that or ill pick something else up as a daily and drop in a built type s motor and go from there.

I wouldnt get the elder badges. IMO they are dumb. I would pick up a DC Sport race header. I know its not on your list, but it would finish your exhaust system. and they are pretty cheap on ebay.
if you want more of a cosmetic mod get the side markers. have you thought about an HID system?

don't get those badges, ugh.
I like the look of tow hooks lately... if i ever actually have a use for it i might get one. The tie down spots already on my car are actually perfect for our current trailer though if i ever had to use it so no reason.
I'd save up and buy motor stuff like someone else said but that's me. The other options aren't bad, just don't get those badges

hes got the base motor so im sure he doesnt wanna "waste" his money on modding that motor. now if he swaps in the the "S" motor then its k-pro time.
