The helms manual is awesome. Although I have an 05 I still use the 03 one. There're only minor differences b/t the two. BTW i have a version in which you click on the topic in the table on contents and it links you to that topic, don't know if this file does that but it's very conveninet.
It's a lil slow if you try and view it, but right click and save as.
