P72 in a 200 base prelude

I'm firguring since I think the injectors are a different size if I swap to a P72 I will need to tune it with hondata just to get the car to start, idle and run propertly

I'm asking becuase I was thinking about it and I was going to get a P72 that I found now and grab up a OBD2a to ODB1 harness but since it's just going to sit in my room since I wouldn't be able to afford hondata and tuning time right now I'll probably just keep the stock ECU in for now, unless the prelude will run fine on an American spec P72 from an acura GSR

that excatly what I was thinking would need a base map for the H22a4 since its a bigger motor and bigger injetors

if I found a basemap for the H22a1 it would run a H22a4 correctly wouldn't it?

the injectors on the h22a1 are larger than the h22a4. It will run well enough till you can tune. You will be running rich. h22a1 was ran with an obd1 ecu and im pretty sure h22a4 started the obd2 for the prelude. The h22a1 basemap will be fine. IM running the h22a1 ECU on a JDM motor. NO problems there. With tuning im sure I would gain a couple horse power.
