anyone seen this intake??
it's in an ugly engine bay... but it looks pretty good, doesn't it? I mean, Weapon R isn't really known for making really high quality products... but I'm still curious to see if it makes decent power.

Ive seen that intake. Weapon R surprizingly makes decent short rams and full CAI. Its no injen or something equal to that but they make pretty decent stuff

I think I've seen this before, but never eally paid attention cause of the name. But in reality, its the filter that really matters as long as the piping isnt overly shitty, so I would look into this if i had the money and just put an A'PEXi filter in it.

It should perform similar to a CAI with the heat sheild box surrounding the filter. As long as its sealed and well insulated. If so this should be a great compromise to the performance benefits of a CAI and the reliability of an SRI.

it's sort of a heat shield. they call it a "cold air box." u could ghetto rig it and make one out of a rubbermaid trash can.

my only question is how cost effective is it really? Its a friggin intake no matter what you do your not going to get ungodly amounts of power from an intake alone.
