Timing Mark

Hello and Thanks in advance for all the help. I have a 89 Prelude 2.0 Si DOHC
manual trans. I'm trying to determine the correct timing mark. On the flywheel though the window I see a white mark, then a red mark and finally and stamped mark across the surface(also white). Which is the correct mark to time the motor? also anybody have any insights on replacing a head gasket. I have it torn down and soon I will be putting it back together. Any things I should look out for? Thanks
