LSD Tranny Problems

I recently swapped in a h22a with an LDS tansmission into my 94 accord and i'm happy the way everything turned out. When the enigne was out on my front porch, my friend and i put in a exedy stage 1 clutch and a fidanza 8ld flywheel. Everything went just fine. After 5 miles of driving it, it started to get a little rougher going into second gear, but i thought "the clutch has to wear in". But it just kept on getting rougher and rougher. Today, when i press my clutch in its very hard to throw it into 1st gear. I can be done but with a lot of force, instead, i have to throw it into 2nd gear and then into first. If i hold the clutch in, going back into first is no problem, but its just when i press the clutch in for the first time when i get really rought. I just changed the slave clutch cylinder last night, i blead the lines and the pedal feels really nice. My pedal has been rised since i changed that on my old engine and as far as i can see, the clutch seperates just fine. the tranny itself has been topped off with Honda MTF. Also downshifting is easier then upshifting, when i shift at higher RPMs its a little smoother, but far from perfect. It also gets rought when i shift while my wheel is turned. Could this be becasue of the LSD? I've asked some "professionals" over the phone and they dont know a damn thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

With the H22 tranny; it will not let you in (1st) while you are moving. I must say though that the h22 tranny is an odd one; it dose not shift like others and longer throws kinda feels domestic-ie. Did you use the alignment tool that came with the clutch kit.

shifting @ 4k+ is kinda normal driving in the Lude.

I don't think your prob. is the LSD more of just how a h22 tranny rides.

I know that you have to rev match hardcore to get into 1st gear while moving in any tranny. No, i'm talkin about stand still. I dont shift at 4+, and even if i didnt, it still wouldnt be as smooth as it should be. I've driven many manuals before, and for the most part, shifting is very smooth on all of the cars even some pretty hardcore performance trannys, such as the z06 and the M3. The thing is when i first got the car, i rember it being very smooth for the 1st day or so, then i started getting harder and harder. thanks on trying to help though

PS. the alignment tool was used
