Restoring BB6 Base Wheels...

my wheels look like shit 'cuz of the previous owner's curb rash and then some weird water spot lookin shits cuz of me not really washing it often it looks like...anyways they look like shit -





the pics make the wheels look better than they actually are, they are very shitty indeed - my question is, is there anything i can do to partly restore some of the quality? i mean i dont expect them to look new or in great condition or anything but better than this

super fine grade #4 steel wool and some soap for lube FTW

those waterspots are actually from your tire shine, you use black magic tire wet? i do and it always comes out like that.

should you take the wheels off as you do them or is it ok to leave them on the car?

I have to do mine as well as polish my headlights

I just washed them and left them on the car. I didint do the inside of the wheels on my old set. My new set was waxed inside as well as outside before being mounted.
