Recommended handheld lightmeter for DSLR

First off damn you Tadashi. Now I got another thing i have to spend money on.

What would be the best all around and reasonably priced handheld meter for a DSLR? Do they all have flash capabilities? Let a brotha know...

well first off i just want to disclaimer that not everyone needs a light meter. people who just take photos as a hobby shouldnt worry about the light meter unless they truly want to learn to take those photographs that are near perfectly exposed. I say this cause light meters aren't cheap and obviously I'm shooting for a career.

with that said.

I own a Sekonic L-558R incident + spot meter that also does flash

Ya, I know, good disclaimer though....
I almost bought one in like 98, but lagged on it.
I'm thinking about this one, one of my photographic friends recomended it too.

but i'm not in a rush to buy one anytime soon, i'm getting some money from selling my 70-210 and soon someone is buying my 135mm 2.8 manual. But first i'm a buy a Nikon 50mm 1.8 AF.
