what camera?
well i want to get a digi again. im tired of spending money on film and getting it developed, but i will keep my slr. im kinda just looking for a point and shoot camera. ive played with the canon a250 and it seems pretty nice, its got the dummy dial and its pretty versatile for 170-200.
what are some good priced cameras for under 200 or should i just forget about the point and shoot and save up for a dslr?

Save up for dslr bro no matter what. I swear it is worth it.
Do whatever you gotta do for that paper... just buy a dslr. I don't care if you have to fuck fat chicks for money... just buy a dslr.

Ideally, you want a dslr and a digi p&s. As soon as I sell a few lenses, i'm a get a small digi p&s.

go on ebay and search for a broken Canon camera. get it cheap. Then call Canon and tell em you wanna trade-in. You will be able to get a refurbished Canon camera for cheap.
example:
I can trade my old Canon SD100 for a Refurb SD400 + tax + shipping.
It could be a good deal if you find a broken camera cheap enough.
go here for more info:

here's a list of trade-in:

if not search for a Canon SD200 on ebay. I bought a new one from Amazon for $179 back on november. It's discontinued i believe.
