I aready know parts of it are blown out (and the wiring is a frigging mess ). I just like this picture in a weird way.
both were shot a while ago with my brother's Olympus point & shoot. I'm just about to finally print them since the best picture my dad has of the car is complete crap.
personally I like what you are going for in the first one, has a neat feel to it. But you have some blown out reflections in what i assume to be gauges, if these reflections were better controlled (ie. completely removed) it would be a great photograph.
the second one is so so, I dont think I like the machines or pumps or whatever hanging on the right side of the frame...idk
I can't decide if i like the trailer/battery charger in the shot or if i should crop it out. I kinda like it because it is in the pits between rounds and i kinda hate it because i want to focal point to be the car. Then again, it's kinda hard to miss a bright red car.
I just find the pump thingy on the right side of the frame to be distracting. it draws my attention away from the subject because I'm trying to figure out what it is. so technically it isn't a great thing to have there
