Problem with my Idle
For some reason, my car will abruptly lose the idle when im driving, and the only way to keep it up is to step on the accelerator. If it does end up dieing, it either starts up instantly, or after a cuople of min it will start up. It turns over, just doesn't start all the way, anyone know waht the prob could be? thanx in advance

it defenately sounds like an intermittnet ignition problem. have you inspected or replaced your plugs, wires, cap and/or rotor? if not...check them and replace as necessary. if you dont have a distributor, check the coil. make sure you have the correct voltage going through it to each cylinder. could be something as simple as a hole in a spark plug wire that is shorting out through the head.
