he says the lowest hell go is $1300usd, so that means i should be able to get it for around $900-1000usd

I'd say it's worth it. how's the interior look?
you can either use R32/S14/S13 seats in there, because they are direct bolt on.
and I say it's worth it because of fact that it's had some work done to it already.
spot welding/new paint in engine bay, rear over fenders and side skirts along will cost you about 700 if you get a good price on them. so, i'd say it's worth it.
and you can find KA's really easy as well. along with SR's.

ooooh! awesome track car status right there!
it's already got it's sound deadening out, which weights about 30 pounds on S14. whoa..this is pretty awesome actually. it clearly shows the work that's been done to the car. and seems like it had rear tower bar welded on before. So, for 1300, I'd buy the car.
the steering wheel is from S13.
you are still missing radio trim/shift trim/climate control unit, heater/ac unit and probably the passenger air bag as well. and of course the gauge cluster.
I see a great potential out of this car. it's setup to be a full out race/drift car right now! but still alot of work to be done man...shizz..
if you are looking at it from track/drifter point of view, then it's worth the money of $1300 because of work put into it, extra parts, and the aero kit that's coming with the car.
if you are looking at it from a daily driver point of view, it should be cheaper because of all the work that is needed.
but non the less, it's still cheap.
if i had some money right now, i'd go for that.

a little update action for everyone
im going to look at it this sunday (Aug3). if everything is straight about it im going to leave a deposit and get it delivered to my house the following weekend.

Sounds like a good deal. I'd just take a close look at the over fenders just to make sure nothing too ugly is hiding under them

some more pics coming in a day or two. looked at it today. left a $500 deposit. ended up getting it for $1000 plus $50 for "shipping". he has a truck and trailer so i threw him some cash for gas and shit. looked nice in person. side skirts are scuffed a little, but that aint bad. he almost gave me a s13 coupe chassis for free  hes dropping it off sunday aug 10th at my house. so i am definately gonna have some fun with this one. not intending to have it on the road until march/april 2009
