Anyone know why Nissan made ODBII cars in 1995? especially in April?

I smell faint gasoline in the car at times, I can't pin point the exact settings so I smell it, but it just doesn't feel right. I am going to assume there is a vary small leak in the line some where as I am still getting 25 mpg city driving. One of my friend mentioned that it's the fuel pressure regulator that's causing this as he had the same problem in his 300zx. any other pointeres before I replace this part?

Silkroad or Stance Coilovers? I am no where near in status to say I've ridden in alot of cars with different suspension setup's, and I've deffinitly have never rode in a car with either Coilovers. Any thoughts? I am leaning towards Stance GR+ or GR+Pro for the Price wise. I am sure it won't be bad for my level of motoring for a while. but if you've used'em before, let me know how you like'em.

LSD's.....1.5 way or 2.0 way..OMG!!
Tomai or Kaaz is another questions after i pick 1.5 or 2.0..

check ur fuel o-ring. its around the time they give way. considering ur not runnin a modified engine and changing any emissions. i suspect its as simple as that. i have my doubts of th fuel press reg. for starters anyways

silkroad/section is above stance. but stance have the cost-benefit ratio. im thinkin of changing to sections myself. rm/a8's. the shims are the same size in interal construction which means that the damper adjustment isnt as variant. but i dont give a shit. because i rarely adjust accordingly. i drive 'around' it......

stance have had good reviews from good ppl i know in the states. get whichever is cheaper. stance has good support. silkroad not so much.

lsd. if u want a QUALITY LSD.

kaaz is not it. its a basic clutch type with cone plates.

high end diff's like nismo/nismo pro gt/cusco RS/ATS & ACross (incl. carbon) have a more progressive preload. often using springs to initiate preload on the clutch plates. they are less noisy and lock tyres in a more progressive manner. cone plate is more like a switch. on' or off'. gay.

choosing between 1.5 and 2 way is PURELY driver preferance. 1.5 way doesnt really have flaws. 2 way is more understeery on turn in but once again, can be managed and lock off throttle is more predictable on edge/load. but it doesnt really matter considering 1.5 will lock when u need it to lock on decel anyways.

so its gotta do with driver style. dont learn bad habits.

lsd/suspension/seat

Good idea about the o-ring. I'll give that a go before anything.

I am going to keep with Stance GR+, not the Pro as only different between is a extra set of "spring" to help, not sure how that works but i've never seen it on any other coilovers, so I am not even gona bother with paying extra $150 for that set.

I've never delt with RWD LSD's before, so any info would help, and I really have no "preferance" at the moment as I have no idea how either one acts while driving. but seems like 1.5 would be the "go" for me at the moment.

but for now, I can't help to keep my self from looking at those rusted to hell exhaust system at the moment, so I think exhaust will come first before anything, but suspension comes right after words along with LSD's following it.

What you mean by bad habits?

I am going to put the 5 lug to bit later for the moment, only because I don't want to spend extra money on some crap 5 lug wheels, even stellies, to keep me rolling after i do the 5 lug swap. so Wheels and 5 lug swap will come at same time at this point, unless i can get a 5 luged wheels for dirt cheap.

and so goes the breaks and more breaks..

then KA-T or SR20DET...

That's the biggest thing I am thinking about at the moment, KA-T or SR20DET...

both has it's Pro's and Con's...so we'll see. maybe i'll be just like another californian 240sx drivers who hopes and prays they never get pulled over and have their hood's poped and get their car's pwned.

So, been shopping around again for the future so i don't have to shop/think then to buy what part

Exhaust setup will be with High flow cat or test pipe with Circuit Sports dual tip 3" catback. Chris showed me the Circuit sports catback exhuast, and sounds like a good deal that I was looking for with low profile looks and sounds.

Suspension for now will be replaced with Stance GR+ and later on added with Energy suspension bushings. I don't want to get into all the crazy control arm and this tie rod and that bar replacement/upgrades yet.

LSD, Kaaz or Tomai was in mind to learn the feel of LSD, but what's to learn if I am not going to be keeping it later on, Nismo or Cucso 1.5 way is my choice for now.

Now the Engine...god damn fark I don't know to either KA-T or SR now..again.

but deff getting a 5spd swap done before I go turbo either route.

OK, now for one simple question.

I know for Honda, NGK spark plugs are recommended and widely used as daily or performance use. but what's good for Nissan? I wouldn't think it would be that different as the general purpose of the park plugs is to "ignite" the air/fuel mixture..

Throw something at me.
