The long waited Pictures!!!
Alright, I hooked up the horn button with the Pen clip and I got creative as usual and made it simple and easy installation.
And..It just seems like the blue signal cancel ring is too big for my hub. WTF?!? I am going to super glue that bitch to the hub or something..I tried to put it in the grooves for 40 mins, and I fucking gave up. I was getting used to the manual signal canceling anyways. shit is fucking gay as all hell...WTF SHITSKI.
and I also installed new radio bazel/trim!! mine was in about 5 different pieces, you can see the picture of it if you go look at my HVAC DIY. Now, my interior looks more "complete" because of solid radio trim face
and also installed the manual ECU in hopes that the check engine light will go off, but fuck..no luck. I mma take it to autozone tomorrow to get it scanned and find out wtf is wrong.
yesterday, I installed White line Rear Swaybar, Circuitsports RUCA, T3 TC Rod and pushed my G35 rims out 7mm all corners. so now it's at 23+ offset with 18x8/225/45/18's. Not that I am going to be rolling on those as soon as my wheels come in, but I wanted to see if i'll have any rubbing problems with simuler offset on the new wheel. so far so good, no problemo. I think i'll flush them out even more tomorrow, atleast the rears :P
When I first put the shift knob in the car, I thought it was going to be really rediclous to shift the car, but WHOA!!! it's actually really comfortable beacause now it sits right next to the steering wheel and I don't have to second guess grap the shift knob. and fits in my hand very well. MY SHIFT KNOB IS FUCKING GANGSTER AS FUCK!!!!
oh, and as advertised long time ago, I has a Zebra cloth as my shift boot. I've had it like that since January when I got the 5spd swap done.
aaah, my car is balling out of control at the moment to me. hahahaha.
oh, NR-G 350mm Deep Corn steering wheel, HELLA COMFORTABLE!!!! soft grip, no shitty stiching either. aaaaah, i love my car.
Also changed the rear wheel bearings yesterday. No more grinding noise from the old messed up bearings!
New wheels and new door panels on monday. and transmission swap on tuesday along with new transmission harness.
And come 12~13th this month, I am going to a track to drift the living hell out of my car. more pictures to come!

S14 is now over heating. hope it's not a head gasket problem. doing a compression test tomorrow to see what's up. and i am over doing the cooling system so i bought some more parts.
Prosport water temp gauge
Pilot motor sport single din 2"(52mm) 3 gauge plate with optional white/black CF over lay
DME Radiator cooling panel
Greedy rad. hose temp connector neck.
new temp sensors/sender for the motor block

installed everything in the pic. gauge works great and looks speefy awesome! it comes with smoked out gauge already so it looks pretty good when it's off as well.
I mma make a privacy cover for it so the gauges can be hidden out of the seight when i am not driving.
got the car running, it was the bad water pump. so i replaced that today and got her running.
took the bumper off of the S13 so I can redrill some holes for more zipties.
yes..making progress is awesome.

The ls1 is a great motor for us in the states because it has a decent powerband, is all aluminum (lighter than the stock ka24), and like you said, is relatively cheap. It's by no means an engineering marvel, but over here I think the swap is a far better option than a sr20.
Plus, i spent last night watching a bunch of v8's at a "street racing" event at the track. It's just natural for us around here to stuff something like that into it.

I replaced the blower motor, took me a bit because I kept on getting caught up with something else all around the car, such as replacing bulbs here and there and cleaning the battery terminal, and taking the rest of the speaker/sub wires that was under the carpet, i probably pulled out good 30~40 ft of wires out of my car today. shit was ugly.
