yeah im pretty sure thats what its gunna look like. they were mentioning how they were gunna replace that front grill section with CF due to costs.
ill guarantee u the aftermarket companies will create aftermarket CF grills just to get it back lol
however there's a worldwide shortage of CF due to the big companies like boeing and defense taking up most of the worlds supply
damn that new airbus. i guess i better order my d-max bonnet sometime soon before they run out. so many places already have.

oh....and personally i dont like the old school trait of putting those vents at that grill......sure it was good for the r32/33/34....but the new v35 really shouldnt keep THAT thing as a trademark of skylines besides the quad rear lights......those vents dont blend into that design AT ALL.

I just loved the r34 so much that its hard for me to be satisfied by anything. But this concept is a lil close to it i guess. I will wait till i see it in production trim to cast full judgement.

u know the funny thing is regarding all this. as much as they rejuvenated the z....after the z32 failure....and now the skyline.......
at the end of the day. to a purist.....its still a fuckin renault.
its not pure like the other models but im sure as a 'car' its going to come through.
its like if nissan/renault were to redo the silvia and make a 16. its not gunna be the same
cos when u buy a car
u buy the company spirit when it comes to sports cars. and well...i hate to say it. but nissan is owned by french house now. and that doesnt go down too well....cos we all know it wasnt cos of choice.

I'd reckon that about sums it up; after all the GTR embodies the spirit of Nissan's competitive intent. I'd think that with someone else wanting the OK before signing the cheque for the development budget, things might not have been as rosy as when the R34 was in development. Well, we can only hope that they will see some sense and put the CF in there for us.
