Urgent VACUUM HOSE ?????
when looking at an sr20det redtop there is a vacuum hose that runs parrallel with the motor on the the right side. like exactly next to the cylinder head. my motor has that hose but it's not connected to anything. could this be hurting my gas mileage. i know it could be letting unfiltered air into my motor but would it hurt if i stopped it up or reconnected it to where it is supposed to be? i dont' know what it does?

are u referrin to the rocker cover tap on the turbo/manifold side? just making clear.

yeah. but i think i figured out the problem with mpg. it might be a faulty injector. i smells like a lawnmower near injector number 3.

don't you ahve something better to do other than starting something. last i checked it was a forum for information. and it's not like you can search anything on this forum since the archives here aren't exactly vast. oh how I would have loved to read what you wrote before the edit...and pm it to a mod, oh wait thats what you do 
dont you have something better to do like ACTUALLY research the information before you come and ask questions, so you have a basis for specific knowledge?
