Does it really matter? I'm not going to drive 3000 miles but complain about an extra 50. I'm actually headed to the cape for my cousin's marriage (I haven't seen her in about 10 years, and this seemed like a good excuse to get together). Just got a freshened 350ci Chevy v8 for $400 (plus $50 for delivery). Once I get all that smog equipment off it, rewire the car and repaint it, and possibly replace the suspension, I should be back in the road. Then it's a matter of finding some nice wide tires (11.5" or so?) and some BAMF overfenders for it.
I'll try to get some pics of the gutting process tomorrow. I'm gonna need some input on whether or not to use mach1 mustang tail lights too.

Update for yall. Not my pictures, but this is what my homie took when it was still his car.
Things that changed since these photos
-more stickers
-new tires
-new brake pads / Project Mu pads[fucking awesome pads, fuck hawk hps bs...get these.!]
-SOHC KA..no more SR!

Yup....so basically I bought another drift ready car. don't be saying "you took a short cut" because I built the car with him while I was building mine! except my friend spent his money on it and i put my time into the car. but it still does feel like it's not my car, but it is. weird...haha

If anyone wants, check the crappy clip of me at a recent prac day at the local track, 3rd gear 130-140kph initiating the slide before the corner - like how it should be practiced.
