I kind of lost interest in Linkin Park when the second CD they released was the first CD they released just remixed.

i really didn't like rap, and I still dont. But i have to give credit where it's due, artist's like Talib Kweli and COmmon are among the most intelligent and talented artists of our time with a lot of things to say about our world.

u should try some Atmosphere. the MC......Slug....is immense. he kills the two of those.......u should try it out. there's so much to talk about with that guy
he rhymes with his soul, the metaphors will blow u away. and the way he paints pictures is far more amazing than the likes of those two. ever. and there's so many songs that u just gotta play again and again just to hear what he has to say. u may say that to those two above. but damn. not like Slug. no where close.

i left athmosphere off my list, haha. yeah I already listen to him he's amazing, but i wouldnt go as far as to say he makes the other two look like nothing. To me those two are some of the most talented voices in the hiphop genre. strictly my opinion

iono. i guess thats arguable but its all opinion. i find slug's thoughts alot deeper than the likes of talib and common. even with his past love Lucy Ford/'luci fer'/depicting her like a necessary evil etc.
and he tells a story from 3rd person. he conjures up this crazy story that just straight up 'hits' you.
