whoop tokyo drift
out on dvd today, personally i hated the fast and furious but this one is still good. they have a short little segment in the special features about the real drift king. I didn't know that Tsuchiya actually drove in some or most of the scenes.

i sure hope so
but really, if they didnt have Tsuchiya in there they would have to be shot for making that movie
in any case I'm sure you all guessed that he helped with the drifting and advice and what not. after all he is the godfather of it all.
in the segment they mention that they felt they had high standard to stick to in the movie in portraying the sport.
to be honest when I went to go see the movie i didn't expect much of it, but when I left I was like "damn that was actually pretty good" it sure as hell knocked the last two way out of the water.

yeah I watched it today for the first time... rented it. it was okay... I thought a LOT of it was really overdone, just like the other F&F movies... but whatever, it was entertaining...
