what was the impression you got from the set and him??? did it all come off like they were trying to make a good movie or just a money maker and werent staying true to the original story?

i liked the punisher though it could have been done better. the character has the potential to be completely badass.
ghost rider has a good potential on how dark they make the movie or what direction they take it in. i dont know too much about the ghost rider story.

i agree, its got good potential but its that fine line that can fail miserably.
nic cage. he's a pretty straight up guy actually. there were only like 10-12 of us (as in gen public) just watchin the set and we were next to his trailer. it was pretty late on a weeknight and we just so happened to have found the location.....but security was pretty cool about it considerin they knew we werent exactly paperazzi.
then he came out with his wife and comes up to us and goes, 'u guys want some pictures?'
so we took pictures and autographs. he had hella heaps of patience. and he doesnt try to be uber nice to look good in front of ppl, he doesnt come across as an elitist asshole either. just pretty real i guess. he kept on taking pictures and autographs with everyone to the point that his set guard even had to rush him along. he seems like he appreciates his real fans.
im sorta 50/50 on this one in terms of how good this movie will be. im not having as big expectations as i am with spiderman 3. and xmen 3 straight up disappointed me.
