Radio Code?

I have 2000 Glant sedan 4 cylc with single din CD-Player.

it got broken into long time ago, so the CD player doesn't work, but the radio did.

until tonight I hit a big bump and it asked me for a code and i had some written down and i got all 3 tries wrong so now it only says "OFF" when i power it up.

any solution to this?

disconnect the battery/radio fuse, and leave them out for five minutes or so. Put it back and it should let you try again.

as for the radio code... maybe the ones you wrote down are wrong... get the serial number, call up the dealer and they should be able to tell you the code.

dealer will most likely charge to 40-80 dollars for that code.

haha, yeah fuck that shit.

Here in atlanta, the dealers give that shit for free too, right over the phone. you dont even need to bring in the radio, or show your title... nothing like that.

Fuck that shit... I'd call up every dealer you can, and demand they tell you the code... All the do is look it up on the computer anyway.
