If you were to look at me, you'd assume i was ready for my court date on Thursday the 16th. Its a goo thing I looked at the subpoena and my NEXTEL before i drove to court on the wrong day.
THis is the type of shit that happens when you work midnights, you forget what day it is.
Dang, i was sleeping so good.

I'm such a munson, but I'm not along TSXmike did something like this, only he went all the way to the airport.

edit: I don't care how good your PDA is, its a piece of shit if you don't know the day of the week.

guy is fighting the one ticket i gave that month. lol
He was DUI but refused roadsides, so I couldn't make enough observations on him to hook him up. All i could see was his driving actions (which are easily debated in court) and glassy eyes with lck of smooth pursuit. There was a breeze so I could not smell his breath, and he talked very low so i couldn't hear his voice (any slur).
But the guy called his father to come pick him up, he didn't feel like driving at all anymore that night.

I bet this dude doesn't think I remember anything. You get away from an arrest, I'm going to rememeber you for next time! :mad:

so what ticket did you write him, if you didn't arrest him?

hopefully if you ever pull me over you'll show me a little mercy and not take me to jail! sadly, chances are if you pull me over I'm probably doing something worth going to jail for.... haha, that's bad.

i wrote him for the PC stop i made, failure to maintain lane/driving off marked roadway. I didn't cut him a break, just unusual circumstances.

you know its ironic cause if we didnt know glenfiddich. and he wasnt part of the forums. and lets say glenfiddich pulled us over and such. we would be telling our story on here and complaining and everyone would be agreeing and ya lol.....its weird, especially when you have a cop on the forums (not that its a bad thing or anything)

well, today is the day. I'm tired as fuck, and i really don't care if I "win" the case. I just have to go, or else I'd get written up.

Also by not showing up I lose a little credibility with the Judge, same Judge as misd. crimes. And credibility makes things go easier.

I didn't have to say one word, and the guy was found guilty by the Judge. I only wrote the guy one citation, but in the comments I wrote he had 4 of the same infractions as well as he was not wearing his seat belt. The Judge convicted him of two infractions

That dude got owned by the system, guess he might not fight a ticket in the future.
