air filter

Yesterday I bought a K&N filter cleaning kit to clean the filter that was in the car when i bought it. today i followed the instructions exactly and the oil has not absorbed into the filter element yet. When the fiancee came home, I took her car to the parts store to order a new K&N but I have to wait till tomorrow to pick it up. Right now it's trying to dry enough so I can drive to work in the morning. What really sucks it that I have to drive 60 miles tomorrow and I don't want to drive with a wet filter or even worse, no filter. This really sucks.

It's been drying inside for over 4 hours and oil is still seeping out. Hopefully overnight will help enough for 1 day of travel

If it don't work in enough time, take off the filter and throw a sock over the pipe
