Ok, this is like the 3rd time in a couple months that i have woken up to an egged car. and its really pissing me off. and the bad thing is that this time it wasn't just egging. they hit my front fender with something to scratch and gouge the paint. and thats really making me mad cause that fender was newly painted.

and to top all that, my ignition is acting up, my radio stopped working(which i pretty sure is justa blown fuse but still), and it sounds like i have another broken engine mount.

just thought i'd share in my frustration

i'm tempted to do a setup and catch them in the act. but i don't know when they will do it and i need my sleep.

setup a camera man, just leave it running overnight, with the night vision on or something.

i have a car port, no garage and yes they have walked up to my house and egged my car.

as for why, i have no idea. maybe they are jealous or something. just drunk, underage kids i guess

I got egged once b/c I pissed off someone at an apartment complex. she got my winsheild and put it into the vents. well stupid her I washed it out and since I roll with my windows down most of the time I didn't smell it. I washed it about 3 times before I let the air blow through the vents.

that sucks I have cameras all over my house because of shit like that

I say either get a motion detector and hook it up to a camera, or get a motion detector and hook it up to an alarm so it wakes you up when they come by.

Get a flood light with a motion detector on it. A really bright light coming on when they walk up to egg your car will scare them alot.

Yeah my friends at work said trhe same thing "who'd i piss off?" but i think they are separate events.

anyway as for the camera motion detector stuff. i work as a sporting goods store, we have the motion activated cameras. which will be my my next resort if parking further away form the street doesn't work

about 3-4 years ago my friend and I were driving out of my niegborhood and we are going to turn left, and there is this white suburban going to make a right hand turn.

noone is coming down the street and the suburban is just shitting there so we are looking over wonder wtf are they waiting for our signals turns green and we notice its a bunch of punk kids in the suburban... so my buddy slams into reverse and revs and backs up... just then we see 3 eggs come out the windows were out car would have been if we when foward. so we get behind them and they try and peel out and out run us.... yeah not going to happen in a CRX with a built motor and a 125 DP nitrous set up to boot ROFL.

so we keep following them until them finally stop we get out with a bat and his mag light and scared the shit out of them, basically copied down their plate number got their names made up some story that we were off-duty cops (which they believed ROFL) made them sit on the corner

took all there eggs and turned out... waited for them down the street pulled up next to them and egged the SHIT out of their car... dumbass had their windows down and everything gave the 1 finger salute and took off ROFL

... karmas a bitch becuase apprently they had been doing it for a few nights in a row in our nieghborhood and got a few of my nieghbors cars as well as this REALLY nice camero Z28 down the street
