NO2 = the buffness bitch getter?
Alright well i think imma starting hitting the gym again. I never really went with much except for stretching and then pumping out on the wieghts. My manager is doing the same thing and he is flipping out over this NO2 stuff ( Nitric Oxide? ). Apprently all this shit does is dialate the crap out your blood vessles to make for a more efficient work out and a couple other things i can't remember. Its not a steriod, which is cool because I won't touch that shit ever.
Anyways I have herd hardly anything bad about this stuff and even though its pricey, it does show results ( on top of the balanced diet and all that other good junk ) Apparently one guy gained 23 pounds of muscle mass in like...12 weeks or something, i have no idea.
But the fact of the matter is, it seems to do its job well, without all the nasty side effects of the other shit. Any of you herd of this stuff? Used it? Like it?

there aint nowhere else to post it..
i've never tried NO myself. i think what holds me back is the fact that it alters blood vessels, i have a history of heart angina and i would consult my doctor before trying it out.
i always tell people who are just starting out, or getting back into a routine, not to get ccaught up into the supplement hooplah just yet. no matter what you're taking the first couple weeks are gonna be sore (given you give it your all) and its best to see if you are even gonna benefit from these investments in supplements (your dedication and discipline, and a finalization of your routine scheduling and dieting, etc)

A solid foundation/diet will beat any supplement anyways, and if I told you some of the effects of N02, you wouldnt wanna touch it. But do whatever you want. Their is no quick way to gain muscle that is good for you, it takes time, its a slow period, and takes dedication.

true. i have cut back on my protein from 160 grams from whey to only 100 and upped my animal protein. its too early for me to see any benefits, i have a lot more calories to work with, which means more energy and less goddamn energy bars.

But i have noticed just by doing push up everynight ( sometimes every other night ) i have cut the shit out of my arms...i like that. I want to get my flexibilty back too.
I hear that NO2 shit helps aid in the healing of your muscles after you get done ripping um...true?

nah, thats what glutamine is for. and you'll be sore the first couple weeks like i said. but when your deep into your routine you wont feel anything anymore, only when your at the station in the euphoria of the pump.
dont be scared of the pain, it means youre doing it right, and that the muscle is being broken down. if the dieting aspect worries you then you have gone past what you need to consider since taking supplements are just that, supplements to your diet. work on the dieting first, then come ask about supplementing it, if it doesnt meet your needs for muscle growth atleast.

you honestly dont need no2 unless you are going to be real serious about your weight training, and even then its not necessary. damn every time a thread is made about this, everyone comes in with all the right info so i have nothing else to contribute

You won't regret it. It also helps with mental focus and energy along with just the No2. So you'll be all about the lifting and your mind won't wonder elsewhere.
But really, different people react differently to these kinds of things, luckily i'm one of the people who has a good reaction to it. But if your just a recreational lifter, there's no need, if you play some kind of sport (football, basketball, where the extra muscle helps for banging bodies) then I would recomend it.

thats not really what its made for, so i dont really think it'll be of any benefit to you if you do not use it as directed.
