lets get something very straight here.. what that guy with the HUGE arms (Greg Valentino, who is a fucking idiot if you guys know anything about him) put in his arms and other parts to get that big is NOT STERIODS or AAS.. it's called Synthol and it is an oil based solution you put into the muscle, it then attaches itself to the muscle and makes it look alot bigger, no work, no muscle gain, just oil. So please dont say he used steriods to get that because it simply is not the case.
