i have a stock 95 gsr i am looking for some advice on increase hp w/o spending a lot of money can aanyone help

start with the basic i/h/e may want to get a quiet exhaust if your state has laws against modification of it
you'll feel slight improvement

well ya i think that i would keep it quiet bc i kind of want it to be a sleeper

so i threw the intake headers and exhaust on and there is definatly a diff i was thinkin about gettin the new b3oo hondata ..... how much of a difference in performance is that gonna make?
