Yeah, its a direct bolt in. The only thing you have to worry about is the wiring, and the tranny is hydraulic and yours is (i think) cable. And with those mods, you should be nearing 200hp at the flywheel.

fuck MSD!!!. stock ignition timing and fuel rail do not need to be changed. In fact i've heard nothing but problems with them on honda's. YOu shouldn't even be worried about your ignition till you are making some seroius power. more than what you just mentioned

that would be swaping in the 94-96 clutch pedal, and master cylinder, can that be done? it would be a full swap, i even found a car for it too, hopefully picking it up in a few weeks, i'll keep it posted,
for the ignition i was figuring on a 6al box, pro cap and rotor, 8.5mm wires and blaster coil
thanks for the help

don't bother with an MSD. People have run up to 600hp on a stock ignition (while replacing plugs every other run haha). But yeah, for a mildly modded car the stock ignition is plenty good. Put the money elsewhere.

hasport makes a conversion for the cable to hydro or was it hydro to cable. im not sure but i know theres a converter for it that will help the swap process alot easier.

It might save you some money and some time...thats why i suggest it.
It just seems like a hassle to slap an OBD2 motor in a OBD1 car. Yeah you can convert this and that but it just might seem to be easier to make a mock motor with some different internal work.
But its on you bro...B18C5s are over rated IMO...

the 94-96 gsr motors are all obd1 and i would only need to convert the tranny, or use a different one, maybe with a gsr final drive,
