88crx JDM b16a Axle unsure help plz - Tuner-Junction

Hey guys, My 1988 crx with a b16a 5 speed, the axle needs to be replaced I can no longer drive it like it is and its my only vehicle at the moment

question is: Its already had the swap and it drove fine but the axle boot was ripped off and the greese spun out and caused the u joint to go bad.. anyway it would already have the axle it needed for the swap witch would be a 88-89 integra axle.. or is there something else they could have used..

Went to the parts store but I have no idea what to get so im kinda stuck

Go to Napa and get a CV axle shaft for the side needed for the Trans that is in the car. A remanufactured one should be around $75-$100 once the core is returned.

Ok thanks for the reply.. I ended up taking it to an axle specilist and hes going to rebuild it for $60, would have had it within 2 hours but i guess it needs some speciel shit inside or something so its going to be 2 days.. O well at least I know that hes not tring to just thorow some shit together to make some quick cash

dude i was having a problem with my axle too. where you from by the way? im new here. i was plan to bring it to my mechanic but i was wondering how much is the cost for rebuild.im from carson. please let me know man. your response is highly appreciated.
